E. Accepting and Declining Invitation
निमंत्रण (Invitation) पाने के बाद उसे स्वीकार करते हुए या अस्वीकार करते हुए जवाब लिखना होता है। ये निमंत्रण (Invitation) की भांति Formal तथा Informal तरीके से लिखे जाते हैं।
(Formal Replies)
इस प्रकार के उत्तर लिखने में निम्नलिखित बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए।
1. औपचारिक उत्तर(Formal replies) third person को में ही लिखना चाहिए।
2. Reply में स्पष्ट लिखना चाहिए कि निमंत्रण आपको स्वीकार है या नहीं।
3. भाषा सरल व स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।
4. निमंत्रण अस्वीकार करने की स्थिति में अस्वीकार करने का कारण भी लिखना चाहिए।
5. उत्तर के अंत में हस्ताक्षर व नाम नहीं लिखते हैं क्योंकि reply के मुख्य भाग में ही लेखक का नाम आ जाता हैं।
