Answer:
There are many problems in my colony, like-lack of water, irregular supply of electricity, problem of waste management, worst conditions of roads and unemployment in some people.

What problems can be caused by dirty and broken roads?
Answer:
Dirt smells badly and there is a risk of diseases and due to broken roads problems created for modes of transportation and common citizens and there is a possibility of accidents.

Who takes care of the cleaniness and other facilities of your village or city?
Answer:
There is Gram Panchayat in village but in cities there is Municipal Corporation or Municipality to take care of cleaniness and other facilities.

Answer:
Municipal corporation takes care of cleaniness, water, electricity, roads and environmental conservation in big cities. While small and medium sized cities are managed by Municipality.

Answer:
If someone is not obeying traffic rules nearby our school then we will make him/her understand with the help of our teacher or guardian and make him/her aware to traffic rules and motivate too.
