(i) 3⁷ x 3⁸ = (3)⁷⁺⁸ = (3)¹⁵ [ ∵ a^m x aⁿ = a^m+n ]
(ii) (4)⁷ x (4)² = (4)⁷⁺² = (4)⁹ [∵ a^m x ⁿ = a^m+n]
(iii) a⁵ x a⁴ = (a)⁵⁺⁴ = (a)⁹
(iv) 3¹⁵ ÷ 3⁹ = (3)^15-9 = 3⁶ [∵ a^m x aⁿ = a^m-n]
(v) t⁷ ÷ t⁴ = (t)^7-4 = (t)³ [∵ a^m + aⁿ= a^m-n]
(vi) (6⁴ x 6²) ÷ 6⁵ = (6)⁴⁺² ÷ 6⁵
= (6)⁶+ 6⁵ = (6)^6-5 = (6)¹ = 6
(vii) (2⁶)³ = (2)^6×3 = 2¹⁸ [∵ (am)ⁿ = a^mxn]
(viii) (a⁵)⁴ = (a)^5×4= a²
(ix) 5⁵ x 8⁵ = (5 x 8)⁵ = (40)⁵
(x) a³ x b³ = (a + b)³ = (ab)³
(xi) 7⁵ ÷ 6⁵ = 7⁵ x \(\frac { 1 }{ { 6 }^{ 5 } }\) = (\(\frac { 7 }{ 6 }\))⁵
(xii) (25³ x 25⁷) ÷ 25¹⁰
=(25)³⁺⁷ ÷ 25¹⁰
= (25)¹⁰ ÷ 25¹⁰

= (3)⁶⁺⁴ ÷ (3)⁷
= (3)¹⁰ ÷ (3)⁷
= 3^10-7 = 3³

(ii) 16⁴ ÷ 4²
= (4 x 4)⁴ ÷ 4²
= (4¹⁺¹)⁴ ÷ (4)²
= (4)⁸ ÷ (4)² = (4)^8-2 = (4)⁶

(iv) 4⁰ x 5⁰ x 6⁰
= (4)⁰ x (5)⁰ x (6)⁰
= 1 x 1 x 1 = 1 {(a)⁰ = 1}

(vi) (7³ x 7)³
= {(7)³⁺¹}³ = (7⁴)³ = (7)^{4 x 3}= 7¹²

(ix) 2⁰ + 3⁰ + 4⁰
= (2)⁰ + (3)⁰ + (4)⁰ = 1 + 1 + 1 = 3
