Question 1.

Second, it pollutes the environment. Third, the garbage will clog drains. Because of this, mosquitoes, flies, and foul smells increase, and dirty water will start flowing in the streets. This will result in to bad odour, environmental pollution, and diseases like malaria and typhoid.

Question 2.

Answer:
The people around us put the collected garbage into the municipal corporation’s garbage truck. That’s why this garbage doesn’t get accumulate in the drains.

Question 3.
If you had to tell everyone in your neighbourhood about different types of waste, how would you do it? write down some ways.
Answer:
We will tell our neighbours to put the waste in three types of bins. The first type is wet or organic waste which includes fruits and vegetables peels and leaves and food waste etc. from the kitchen. We will keep this waste in wet or organic bin which the municiple corporation’s waste collector vehicle will put in the compost pit that can be reused as organic fertiliser.
Other types of waste that can be recycled such as plastic or paper waste can go to dry waste bin. Because these can be seperated and put into recycling plants and reused.
Third type of waste is hazardous waste which include expired medicines, used bandages, batteries etc. This should be kept in seperate bin, because they are harmful. Therefore the waste collection vehicle will take them away and bury them in a pit far away.
