Answer:
The flower puts soldiers, heroes and warriors of the motherland above all. He wishes to be showered on the path of such brave men. He doesn’t want to decorate a fairy’s jewel or a lover’s garland or a king’s tomb.
फूल मातृभूमि के सैनिकों, नायकों और योद्धाओं को सबसे ऊपर रखता है। वह ऐसे पराक्रमियों के मार्ग पर बिछ जाने की इच्छा रखता है। वह एक परी के रत्नाभूषण, एक प्रेमी की माला या एक राजा की कब्र की शान नहीं बढ़ाना चाहता है।

River Luni complains that she is being made dirty by dumping polluted water of factories. Human activities are making her survival harder. She has to travel through dry lands and face desert heat.

I and my friends have planned a picnic for a big garden next weekend. We have planned to take two mats, some nutritive food items and some sports equipments like thick sponge ball, one small ring etc. We are to leave at 6.00 a.m. on Saturday and come back by 9.00 a.m. We will use electric buses of public transport and metro rails.

मैंने व मेरे मित्रों ने एक बड़े उद्यान की सैर के लिए अगले सप्ताहांत की एक योजना बनाई है। हमने दो दरियाँ/चटाइयाँ, कुछ पोषक व्यंजन तथा कुछ खेल उपकरण जैसे-एक मोटी स्पंज की गेंद, एक छोटी रिंग आदि ले जाने की योजना बनाई है। हमें शनिवार को सुबह 6 बजे रवाना होना है तथा 9 बजे लौटना है। हमें सार्वजनिक परिवहन द्वारा इलेक्ट्रिक बसों तथा मेट्रो ट्रेन का ही उपयोग करना है।

गद्यांश पढ़ें तथा नीचे दिये प्रश्नों का उत्तर देवें।
The Bedach River starts in the hills of Udaipur, Rajasthan. It gives water to farms, animals and cities like Chittorgarh. People call it the ‘Life of Mewar’ because it helps grow crops like rice and vegetables. Birds and fish also live in its waters.
In summer, parts of the Bedach dry up and villagers struggle to find water. They dig small ponds to save rainwater. But plastic bags and dirty water from homes are making the river polluted. Fish are going away and the water is unsafe.
If people stop throwing garbage and plant more trees near the river, the Bedach can stay clean and healthy for everyone.
