Question 14.
What are the major impacts of climate change and what can be measures to deal with it? Express your opinion.
Answer:
Climate change affects environment in many ways like temperature increase, rise in sea water level, drought at some place and flood at other place, reduction in bio-diversity etc. To deal with climate change we have to use AC less. Save electricity and water at home. Eat local and fresh food. Plant as many trees as possible. Avoid shopping unnecessarily.

Insoluble substance – ghee, wheat flour, sawdust vinegar, gram flour, pieces of glass, honey, coal.

According to Swami Vivekananda “Regular practice of Pranayama brings physical health, mental peace and spiritual pleasure.” Explain the statement.
Answer:
Pranayama is a gift for body and mind because by controlling breathing it reduces stress and increases concentration and help to make our physical and mental health better. Pranayama makes our respiratory system stronger and improve working capacity of lungs. Increase immunity, keep, mind peaceful and body active.

Answer:
In earlier times, pigeons and postal services were the main means of communication, which were slow and limited. With time, telegraph, telephone, and mobile phones enabled faster communication. In the modem era, the internet has provided the fastest means of communication, increasing global connectivity. Radios and televisions enhanced the spread of news. All these tools have made life faster and more convenient.
